Features of heating furnace for hot rolled flat steel:
Power supply system: double rectifier 12 pulse or 24 pulse single power supply is used independently or multiple power supplies are used in parallel. The surface temperature before entering the furnace: ≥ 850 ℃

Inductor process:    
The furnace body adopts profiling design. The copper tube is wound with T2 oxygen free copper, and the wall thickness of the copper tube is greater than or equal to 2.5mm. The furnace body insulation material is made of knot material imported from the United States, with high strength, high temperature resistance and long service life. A water-cooled idler is installed between each two sections of the furnace body, and each roller is equipped with a variable frequency speed regulating motor. Both ends of the furnace body are packaged with a whole piece of copper plate,. The chassis frame of furnace body is made of non-magnetic stainless steel or aluminum alloy to reduce the influence of magnetic flux leakage and heating on other devices. The water temperature of each furnace is too high.

Installation and commissioning:
